The Firefly Bed & Breakfast

The Firefly is a Caribbean front, 3 room B&B complete with a bar & restaurant. We are perfect for couples, surfers, adventurous personalities & those who prefer a local, island experience.

We are located on Bastimentos, a 7 minute boat ride away from the restaurants & bars of Bocas Town, yet feeling as if you are in your own jungle paradise. The center of Old bank town is a five minute walk away, yet we sit on the quiet side of the island, directly on the ocean with the jungle as our backyard. The many surf breaks of Bocas are within walking distance or are a short boat ride away.

Our bar/restaurant serves thai influenced caribbean food & craft cocktails with ingredients from our garden.

Our rooms are hip, beach cottage style with an emphasis on comfort & decor. Two rooms have private, ocean front decks and the third has glass doors facing the jungle. The sound of the ocean right outside your door makes staying here an amazing experience.

We offer yoga classes on our deck and have a massage therapist on hand to help make your vacation as relaxing as possible. We have boat drivers to take you around the islands and we can help you plan the perfect day trip.

Bocas most beautiful beaches, the zipline canopy tour and our favorite, The Bastimentos Bat Caves are all a short distance away.

Our lounge deck is a beautiful place to sun, complete with hammocks, sun loungers and daybeds.

Whether you want to get out and hike, surf or snorkel, or just hang on the deck with a book, we are the perfect option. We love being out on the water, surfing, SUP, good food, bbqs, music & our beautiful island! Come stay with us and enjoy beautiful Bocas Del Toro.
