Owner of Random Art, Christin Fjeld, has already gained fame in Bocas del Toro for her previous restaurant Restaurante Bocas del Toro, Bocas Paradise Cafe, The Bocas Wine Bar, and worked as the official cook for the MTV Road Rules Games which were filmed in the Bocas del Toro archipelago.
Located in Panama’s favorite travel destination, Bocas del Toro, Random Art offers a tropical Caribbean picturesque setting for artistic inspiration and a large variety of organic local produce such as cacao, hot peppers and greens that will inspire you into a new way of cooking .

COOKING FOR PLEASURE
Learn to prepare delicious lunches using fresh local produce, seasonal fruit, seafood & meats. Also enjoy locally made items including hot sauce, chocolate and coconut products.
Classes focus on learning new techniques and easy tricks to create tasty food. Make a variety of dishes from starters, salads, soups and baked goods, to creating spice mixes, sauces & main courses. Which, of course, we will enjoy at the end of each class (wine included)!
Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 11am – 2pm.
Cost $60.00 per class.
AROUND THE WORLD – COOKING CLASSES WITH KIDS
Young cooks will learn to prepare easy dishes from around the world using basic culinary techniques and useful kitchen skills. At the end of each class, students will enjoy what they made.
In addition, they will create their own cookbook with recipes and personal notes.
Saturdays, 11am – 1pm.

Our art courses include art supplies, instruction and usually a light meal and wine. Random Art offers creative holidays in a beautiful surroundings that will inspire you to create colorful Caribbean paintings.

Random Art can accommodate you at the beautiful beachfront bed and breakfast: Sand Dollar Beach Bed & Breakfast. Sand Dollar Beach B & B is a gorgeous Caribbean colonial style hotel. Located just North of Bocas Town on Isla Colon, it offers beautiful gardens with a sea view. The friendly staff provide delicious breakfast daily on the veranda.
